Operations officer

Job description

U-Hopper is looking for an operations officer to join our dynamic team headquartered in Trento, Italy, and to contribute to the growth and success of the company. The operations officer will be tasked with planning and monitoring the operational functions of the company, and will be in charge of all administrative functions, including operations, process improvement and monitoring compliance aspects . Other duties will include gathering information and generating data on the execution of internal processes and projects and on their performance.

Location: Trento

Type of contract: full-time (part-time can be feasible depending on experience and expertise of the applicant, in case please specify on the cover letter)

Availability: expected starting date 01/01/2019

Education / Experience

Applicants should have a Master degree (or equivalent experience) in business and economics. Experience in a similar position or in project/quality management is a plus but is not a prerequisite.
